Does just what its supposed to do! apparently you cant wash them like it says if you want a stinky smell when you vaccumm! I ordered a new filter from here and my vac. works better and no more smells!

Its much easier with these washable filters that need 24 hours to dry well to just go ahead and buy an extra one, especially if you live in a dusty area and might vacuum frequently or want to change the filter between some rooms to maximize dust collection.
Well worth the cost :)
It is easier to have another filter to swap out when your using your Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner. That way you can keep cleaning up your mess without having to stop to wash or blow out the one filter. Buy a couple. Genuine parts with the foam pre filter included too . What can I say ? My vacuum sucks now !
