The bulb works fine.
It was difficult to put in my over the stove microwave but that is a design fault of the microwave, not the bulb. I finally had to have my electrician son put it in for me.
I have heard that you should not touch these bulbs with your fingers. There were absolutely no directions with the bulbs. Some instructions or cautions would have been nice.

I could not make it fit in the microwave
I can not make the bulb fit in the slot. leaning over upside down and backwards: it looks as if it a bit too wide to fit.
