Manufacturer's replacements for Loveless
This is the manufacturer's replacement to the Loveless Cougar or Cheetah vacuum, which is the best ash vacuum I've ever owned. This is one that can be used with 'hot ashes' or a few coals still in the box. One set easily lasts a season but I've been able to use longer by removing and blowing them out with an air compressor.
The only problem I've ever had was my fault, letting the can get too full of ash and one of the coals came to rest against the filter and burned a hole. Otherwise they have been flawless.
It was what was expected
The filer came as expected and fit vacuum without problems.
The local stores I asked about the filters were not able to help me.
Great replacement ash vac filter
I replace my ash vac filter at least every other year. These replacement filters take seconds to replace and are made very well (perhaps why I don't bother replacing more frequently). My ash vac keeps everything self-contained, so I'm sure these high quality filters play a role.
