Poor Quality Control
One of the two battery packs I received does not hold a charge. After seeing poor performance with the new batteries, I waited for a full charge, then removed them and measured their voltage. Both were about 8 volts. Then I just let them sit disconnected on the table overnight. The next day, I re-measured. One was still holding 8 volts, while the other had dropped to about 6 volts. If the battery loses that much power doing nothing, you can imaging how quickly the vacuum drains it (5-10 minutes before needing to recharge -- when I first got the XV-21, it ran about an hour on a charge).
Better than original
After a couple months of use, I believe this battery has more staying power than the original battery supplied with my XV-21.
lasted two months
Lasted two months and gave up. I went back to the original batteries I haven't thrown away yet. Do not purchase.
