So far works great
The tabs on the old handle broke off and the clips on the keypad panel snapped off too. I wasn't about to pay $95 for a new keypad just to have two crappy little plastic clips, so I just went with the door latch assembly. So far the mount screws are holding it in place just fine. $19 and it's back up and running. The wires that attach to the limit switches just pry off- not easily- but they do pry off. The new latch has new switches so just bust up the old ones if you have to. They broke when I removed the wires. I just used a slotted screwdriver with electrical tape wrapped around it and make sure the switch is in open position (or else voltage is running through it).
